Job Description:

As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean, organized, and sanitized spaces for our clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Follow company checklists and standards to ensure quality service.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good physical condition to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations in Houston.
• Must pass a background check.
