Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team. The Landscape
Construction Foreman will oversee and manage landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality
results and efficient operations.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape construction team members in various tasks such as
installing irrigation system, retaining walls, dirt, sod, plants, pavers, drainage, lighting, and more.
- Work closely with project estimators and managers to ensure safety and quality of projects is
always on target.
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and materials inventory.
Skills:
- Proficiency in hardscaping, irrigation systems, landscape construction, drainage, plantings,
drainage, and other landscape construction skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide a team effectively.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Knowledge of plant species, soil types, and watering requirements for effective landscaping.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of foreman experience. References will be checked.
- Must be bi-lingual.
- Must have valid drivers license and clean background.
- Must pass drug-screen.
