A busy professional couple in the Empire Square area is seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting Executive Housekeeper to support them as they downsize and reorganize their home. The right candidate will be someone who can jump in with strong organizational skills, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and brings solutions, not just problems.
Key responsibilities include deep housekeeping, laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, weekly fridge cleanouts (including washing produce), organizing and decluttering, taking donations to Goodwill, helping manage household vendors, prepping simple meals, hanging pictures, and supporting household projects (like helping Blair style and organize his home office). There are 5 cats, so being pet-friendly is essential. The home is approximately 2,800 sq ft with 4 bedrooms (only 2 used daily) and 3 bathrooms (2 in daily use). They’d love someone who could also cat/house sit when they travel—a huge plus.
The position is 2 or 3 days a week, 5–6 hours per day starting at 9:00 AM, with some flexibility. Every week may look different, so time management, reliability, and the ability to prioritize functionality over aesthetics are key. They're looking for someone quiet, punctual, organized, solution-focused, and able to work efficiently with minimal hand-holding. Communication is important—but keep it concise: gather your questions and ask them all at once.
Compensation: $30–$35/hr depending on experience.
