Description of the Role: Mirak Automotive Group is looking for a experienced Parts counter person to join our dealership's team! Source parts to all dealership customers, over the counter or on the phone with a great team! We are a family owned group since 1936. We stock and sell parts from Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Genesis. As an Automotive Parts Representative at Mirak Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to automotive customers by assisting them with their parts inquiries and orders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts needed for their vehicles.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about automotive parts, including availability, pricing, and compatibility.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding automotive parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts sales and upsell to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in automotive parts.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an automotive parts role or similar field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on providing accurate information.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for parts lookup and ordering.
• Ability to lift heavy parts and perform physical tasks as required.
