Job Description

School Van Driver – McLean, VAJoin the T.E.A. Center Family! Are you looking to be part of a growing, successful child care center? Do you want to make a real difference while working with a positive, supportive, and fun team? As a School-Age Van Driver at the Transformational Education Adventure (T.E.A.) Center, you’ll help children start and end their days with a smile—making a meaningful impact while enjoying your work. Key Responsibilities: * Safely pick up and drop off children (within 3 miles) using a 15-passenger van. * Supervise and engage with children in the program. * Monitor children to ensure their health, safety, and well-being. * Manage a small group of 10–15 children at a time. * Maintain a clean driving record and pass all background checks. * Be reliable, punctual, and dependable. * Participate in staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed. Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM Qualifications: * Love working with children and making a positive impact. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills. * Mandatory availability for scheduled hours (2:30–6:30 PM).
