Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our company. Duties: - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures - Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance programs - Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in compliance requirements - Provide training to employees on compliance-related topics - Investigate any reported compliance violations or concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all areas of the organization - Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies as required Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (logistics, transportation, supply chain, sales, marketing) - Proven experience working in compliance management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry - In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, quality assurance, FMCSA. Strong understanding of project management principles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
